Power, Power, and More Power

Coming in 3 different gas-driven EcoBoost engines, there are plenty of power options available on the 2024 Ranger. Even the humblest power plant in the lineup puts out 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. Step up to the 2.7-liter model and output jumps to 315 targeted horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, while the 3.0-liter engine driving the Raptor trim tops out the line at 405 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque.

Regardless of which engine you choose, that’s enough power to take you to the edge of the pavement and beyond.

The FX4 Off-Road Package

Available on XLT and Lariat trims, the FX4 Off-Road package doesn’t just add premium, outboard-mounted shocks and an independent front suspension. It also increases track width, allowing for added stability when the going gets rocky.

All Four Wheels Are Firmly on the Ground

Just because the 2024 Ranger has enough connectivity to make a smartphone blush, doesn’t mean its head is in the clouds. The Ranger comes with AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control, an innovative Curve Control system, and a fully-boxed, high-strength steel frame standard, and it only gets better from there. A 4×4 drivetrain is available on every trim level, distributing Ford muscle across all four wheels and adding traction over tough terrain.

Yes, You Can Take It With You

Nothing hauls gear quite like a Ford pickup. That’s why the Ranger can tote up to 1,805 pounds of gear in the spacious 43.5 cubic feet of volume available in the 59.6-inch long bed. Add in the the optional Trailer Tow package and the Ranger becomes a hauling beast, with some models topping out at 7,500 pounds of total towing capability. That’s more than enough to bring ATVs, snowmobiles, campers, or even small boats along for the adventure.

The Ranger Raptor Goes Further

With forged aluminum double-A arm front suspensions, a Watts-linked rear suspension, and Fox Live Valve racing shocks, the Ranger Raptor is ready to roam far and wide, taking bumps and tough terrain in stride, especially since the full-time 4×4 system maximizes traction with an electronically-controlled two-speed transfer case.

With so many off-roading features baked into the 2024 Ranger, it’s not hard to see why they’re a favorite of off-road enthusiasts across America. Now it’s time to put one to the test. Stop by Fury Motors in St. Paul, MN and see just how far the Ranger can take you.
